- Reservation held for date of arrival only - please inform us of any changes to your arrival date so that we don't give your space away.
- Pets not picked up on arranged pick-up date are subject to an "exceeding days" charge of $15 per day during peak seasons.
- Billing begins on day of arrival, no charge for pickup-day if pet is picked up prior to checkout. Checkout is noon Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri/Sat, 10 am on Wednesday and Sundays.
- Billing includes all reserved days during peak times

All vaccinations must be administered by a veterinarian
Please ensure that your pets vaccinations do not expire prior to their stay. We are unable to accept any animals without proper documentation - this is for the health and safety of all of our guests! It is the owners responsibility to provide up-to-date documents, pets arriving without cannot stay at the kennel.

We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged. Personal items are welcome, however please don't bring a favourite, just in case.
