I went to the Alberta Summer Games last weekend in Lethbridge, and we needed some one to take care of our dog Heidi. We found Second Home, droped her off, and picked her up this morning. She had a blast! When we droped her off, and left, I forgot to put a toy in Heidi's kennel, and got worried, but when we came to pick her up five days later, the girl put them in her kennel. She was very well taken care of, played with, got to play with other dogs, and made sure they feel at home! i would recommend this place for anyone! AWESOME place to leave your pet! THANKS SO MUCH!!!

This is a wonderful place to leave your pets at. They are loved like one of the family, and the facilities are clean and spacious. I loved that the this place is family owned and operated and my dog is well cared for.

We have been taking our two dogs here for a couple of years. The staff are great, they are so accommodating. The dogs love it and are always so excited to go. I can relax on vacation knowing that the dogs are being well cared for and that they are happy.

We have been taking Camila to see Lorna and Cory for a couple years now. They are so good to her and we know that she has a lot of fun when she is there. They make sure that she is playing with the appropriate sized dogs and that she is happy. When we come to pick her up I think that sometimes should would rather stay and play than come home with us! We always ask that Lorna give her a bath before we pick her up and she always smells wonderful.

We have been with Lorna and Cory for years and consider 2nd home pet resort part of our extended family. George and Gracie are jumping at the door the minute we pull into the drive and can't wait to get inside to greet old friends and meet new ones! Lorna and Cory and their staff ensure our dogs get all the exercise they need and are happy to report their activities, ancedotes and playmates during their stay. You know they truly take an interest in your pet which makes our time away even more relaxing knowing our furry kids are so well taken care of!

for the past 4 or so years, ben and bailey were happy to spend their xmas holiday with lorna, corey and the girls! there is no other place i would leave them for their vacations! they r going back in May and are booked for christmas again. I know they enjoy their visits because they get excited when we turn onto their road and run back for kisses when we pick them up! thank you lorna for looking after our kids with such affection!

2 years ago we dropped in on Second Home looking for a kennel for our little girl. The place was immaculate and the staff eager to answer questions. We are quite happy and our minds at ease when we drop Senna off for her vacation time. Based on her reaction when we arrive, i think she feels the same.

I have been taking my dog Bailey to Second Home Pet Resort for 5 years and have been treated like royalty. It is by far the best boarding kennel I have ever been to. It is very nice to know that you pet is being well looked after just like family and also puts your mind at ease when your on vacation. I highly recommend Second Home Pet Resort !!!!!

We have been taking Camilla to Second Home to "play with the other kids" (as I tell her!) for nearly 4 years. Each time I take her I realize again just how much I appreciate everything that is done for Camilla on her visits. She doesn't get much socialization at home, but she gets more than enough while at Second Home and she loves it! I hardly give her a second thought while we are away and she's at Second Home as I know she is so well looked after!

I was referred to the Second Home Pet Resort from a friend who highly reccommended this kennel. We had previously had a very tragic experience with a kennel where our dog got extremely sick which resulted in her death. We were very concerned that something could go wrong again with our other schnauzer. However, Rufus is always glad to go to the "dog vacation farm". We never have had a problem, the owners are always so friendly and they return messages very promptly. We would highly reccommend this "dog hotel".
